Just wanted to pop in and say Hi! Everything is wonderful (of course!) so far. Food great - staff too good for words. We're in Santo Tomas today and to be honest I have so many bug bites from yesterday in Belize that I went to the craft market right here and no farther. Evidently the Belizian bugs have no respect for bug repellant bought in St. Joseph MO!

Took the flight trip over the rainforest yesterday and did lunch at Francis Ford Coppola's estate/resort which was totally beautiful and did a lunch and winetasting. Unfortunately by the time we left it was raining pretty good so the flight back wasn't quite so scenic. But a nice trip nonetheless.

Will try to post a bit more later - believe or not I have to work for a bit now. Dinner at Portofinos tonight - filet mignon so we're excited! Hope all is well with you!
