Seems a little harsh Pat. I'd hardly call the buffets out on the pool deck or in La Veranda a "cafeteria".
I seem to remember sit-down breakfasts in La Veranda. Indoors or outdoor on the balcony (yes, not L'Etoile.) I guess lunch in that venue was a buffet, and you're right I remember a small menu you could order for table service.
It will be interesting to see how you like your upcoming Silversea trip, and your Navigator trip, so see how they stand up.
