A question for those who have sailed Silversea -

I know that this is an all inclusive cruise; so if i want some caviar - how do i get it? On Seadream the caviar was on the room service menu, but you could order it anytime, anyplace. What's the deal on Silversea? And does anyone know what type they serve?
