Marc-if you ever get over to visit us in Naples, we can share some of the good stuff together. I never cease to be amazed how different these single malts can be-some are aged in Sherry or even Bourbon casks and can be the equal of a great cognac. I usually like the smokey, peaty varieties from Islay. I was very jealous that you got to visit the Isle of Skye while on PUBS!
