Don (& Marcie) - the Travel Pro also has the piggyback system. I'm not sure if it is the same type as you are describing, but there are straps that you "lock" into place onto the bags (kind of like the way the straps of a fanny pack lock together) and then the bags hook together. Does that sound like the same?
