I understand! It was so close, and Zenyatta is such a gorgeous horse, high-spirited but gentle too. I really really wanted her to make that record, but I'm glad at least that she and the other horses made it through without injury. I can't watch horse racing live, and didn't yesterday. I paused the TV for a few minutes, then watched the race after I knew everyone was fine. They had to euthanize a horse earlier in the day because of a broken bone.
