Part 2:
I am a big believer in personal, handwritten thank you notes. I also have made it a habit of naming names in the comment card and dropping a note to RSSC headquarters. I just have to believe these folks are rewarded if a customer mentions them by name!!
Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry, but by demonstrating that all peoples cry, laugh, eat, worry, and die, it can introduce the idea that if we try and understand each other, we may even become friends ~~M. Angelou~~
