Even though we have some blustery weather, we're fortunate to have all the family together today and thought you'd like to see what the Easter Bunny left outside our kitchen window:



I had a Cajun meal flown in from Louisiana consisting of 20 pounds of boiled crawfish; crawfish etouffee; seafood gumbo; crawfish stuffed chicken; plus a shrimp, sausage and okera dish. Yummy!!!
