I do have Ngaire's report and read it but don't remember details any more. Probably need to bust it out again. Wendy's description of "smoked meat" intrigues me - I'm a big fan of pastrami so would want to try it -- too bad we're flying out so quickly.
I'm planning on posting from the ship - all these reports I've been reading has fired me up to try it myself!
