We are going to do the Imperial and are flying in on Continental non-stop from Houston at 2:20 pm. I downloaded a shuttle schedule, and it looks like there is one for Imperial at 3 p.m. and then 4 p.m.

Like I said, it has been a very long time since I was in Tokyo, and then nobody spoke English and you had to carry business cards and point on maps and bring something written from the hotel to drivers. I am sure that is still needed at times, but I plan to take the subway, etc. like I did then.

I have not booked the hotel but will soon. I plan to book a renovated room.
