We stayed in Saint Jean Cap Farrat when we went to the Grand Prix a few years ago. It's a charming village halfway between Nice and Monte Carlo. We stayed at the La Voile d'Or, a smallish 4 star hotel on the harbor. Our consierge (sp?) arranged for a boat to take us to Monte Carlo on the day of the race. Wonder hotel and village!
