Has anyone ever done Iguazu Falls out of Rio?? We may be ending a cruise in Rio and are thinking about a post cruise 1, 2, or 3 day trip to Iguazu. Any recommendations, thoughts, observations would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Greg

We went to Iguazu from Buenos Aires prior to a cruise. We stayed for 2 nights on the Argentina side at the hotel right at the Falls but, coming from Rio you could stay on the Brazil side. You really need to see the Falls from both sides & it is well worth it! Absolutely beautiful! 2 nights was just right.
