Col. Wes.--I think we're ok with two tables, assuming Debbie and her friend want to join us.

Sue and friends--6; you and Ida--2; Crstal and me--2; Debbie and friend--2 = 12

did I count right?

As a matter of fact I spoke with one of my friends a few minutes ago and she said she would join LCT - so we should be able to name our cruise then (if we want to).

They are busy packing for a trip to Italy, so I am not sure when she will actually register.

Debbie will you and your friend join us for dinner?

I'm hopelessly confused on the count, but I can do the third booking if we need a third table.

Me too, Crystal, but if we have room for 12 I think we will be ok! ;)

Sandee & Brian, the no-name gang will wave as we get off. We'll try to leave the ship in habitable condition.

Sue, Tom, Diane, yes, I did a full count and we have 12 if Debbie and her friend join us (I gather from seamail Debbie is on Voyager now). And, yes, a get together at a bar after lifeboat drill sounds in order to me. I'll buy the third round :)

I volunteer to raid my son's closet for packer jerseys if anyone wants to wear one sunday. Who knew the Georgia crew )Sue, Tom et al) were such fervent Packer Backers? Game is on as I write this. Hope for a victory.

No namers: is anyone doing any of the ship's excursions? Right now, I'm signed up for the parasailing in Key West and the snorkeling in Nassau. Wes and Ida, you're doing the "hang on for dear life" boat trip, aren't you?

I haven't signed up for anything yet. I would like to do the parasailing, but I'm not at all athletic. Have you done it before?

No, I was signed up for it on my PG cruise in May, but it got rained out.

No one would ever accuse me of being athletic, but I don't think parasailing requires much by way of physical skill--it's more a matter of following instructions and not being afraid of heights.

Diane, I'm not a klutz, but not athletic by any means. I've enjoyed parasailing twice, once in Turks and Caicos, and once in Moorea (VERY high up there). Like Crystal said, it is really a height thing. They put you in a harness, and you are gently lifted off the boat and put back in the same manner.

A whole thing lot less scary than those rain forest zip lines in my mind!

What fun! The LCTers will be making a good show of it on this trip. Diane, we can take pictures of each other to "prove" we did it. Wes and Ida, I'm told the snorkeling in Nassau is good.

My understanding (but I could be wrong) is that the time is fixed, because there's a set program. I think someone said it starts at 7:00. But if I do have that wrong, 8:00 sounds good to me.

BTW, I understand my docs are on the way. And I finally have my cabin assignment: 612. Pretty much across the hall from where Beth and I will be on the DC next year. So this will give me a chance to scope out the neighborhood.

Yes, it's a set time in Portofino's. There's a wine and cheese-tasting cocktail half-hour first, can't remember the timing exactly.

Crystal, From my recollection, at Portofino's, the wine and cheese is served at 7:00 and dinner seating begins at 7:30. I hope Jerry returns so you can enjoy his show. He makes for a fun night.

Thanks, Joanna.... all those arrangements came together so quickly. Susan W was get about helping me get it all together.

Diane, not sure about parasailing... but it is something I've always wanted to do. Just home from work and haven't even looked at the excursions, yet.
