All I can say about those pix is WOW. I've been to Alaska 3 times (twice on Navigator Lee, and it was great, but I did not cross to Japan), and did whale watching excursions on all of them. Never did I see such a show of tails and humps at the same time, and that group "blow", just phenomenal.
Usually, we were lucky to see one tail or blow for a photo.

If our master lct lens man Ken could see them now, he would be impressed and envious! But he and Ngaire are enroute to Africa for another BK adventure.
