Thanks for the birthday wishes!
Coincidentally all 5 rooms at Mateya celebrated a birthday during ROAR2 - Doug, Gemma, Gil, me and Sylvia. We had a birthday dinner at Mateya on Gil's birthday for all of us with Ngaire & Ken in attendance from neighboring Madikwe Hills and our birthdays were also celebrated as we were sung to by the Lion Sands employee "choir".
We are enroute home today - last night we stayed in Chicago to break up the trip and had a steak dinner with friends and were treated to another birthday dessert. I'm not one to make a big dael about my birthday and usually prefer to be under the radar!

Also, Ray and Pat ...the 6th room at Lion Sands..who joined us..were celebrating their 44th wedding anniversary!! We really celebrated! Remember Leslie, "We really love you so very much."
