Jim, do you receive any confirmation emails after making dining reservations? Do you log out of your account after making reservations?

It's pure speculation on my part but I wonder if logging out of your account before the system can generate confirmation emails causes it to erase your reservations.

When you make dining reservations, I'd suggest not logging out of your account until after you receive a confirmation email. Maybe not immediately logging out will keep your reservations intact. Or just stay logged in to your account at all times.
